HR Shared Services Executive Program

Establish HRSS as a true partner in advancing and driving business goals, and enhance your value as both a member of your senior management team and a leader of the human resource function.

Program Introduction

HR Shared Services is one of the resounding successes of the last decade proven to be a well-established operating model helping companies reduce costs, improve service quality, and increase process effectiveness.  However, the full potential of HR shared services has yet to be unlocked.

It has become increasingly apparent to us that attention has shifted from dealing with high transaction volumes to driving out real and recognisable value. HR needs to play a more critical role in putting the appropriate structure, capabilities and systems in place in order to provide maximum value to the business. As with all major initiatives, we know it is very challenging.

HRD Future’s highly interactive 3-day HR Shared Services Executive Forum is a unique programme designed to help HR leaders 1) To have an in-depth look at the strategic process, tools, and mindsets that are used among the top organization’s senior managers and consultants; 2) To discover new and more powerful ways to create more value from your HR shared services; 3) To drive up and sustain your internal credibility by providing business insights that make direct contributions to the bottom-line.
