HR Shared Services is one of the resounding successes of the last decade proven to be a well-established operating model helping companies reduce costs, improve service quality, and increase process effectiveness.  However, the full potential of HR shared services has yet to be unlocked.


It has become increasingly apparent to us that attention has shifted from dealing with high transaction volumes to driving out real and recognisable value. HR needs to play a more critical role in putting the appropriate structure, capabilities and systems in place in order to provide maximum value to the business. As with all major initiatives, we know it is very challenging.
