MOST© Engagement & Employee Experience @ Work

Course Introduction

The quest for a full employee engagement often leads to pain and disappointment in the current volatile world. As the competition for top talent intensifies, organizations must look at creating positive experiences for their people through and beyond the candidate journey.

Human capital processes (performance, talent, reward) support business needs and performance. However, the main differentiator of organizational performance remains employee engagement. Building an engaging organization with a strong employer brand, a great employee experience and a sustainable performance mindset for individuals and teams is a key factor of success.

With a blend of strategic frameworks and practical tools, the 2-day MOST© Engagement & Employee Experience @ Work Master Class will allow participants to explore how HR leaders can build a strong employer branding and employee engagement strategy through an improved employee experience at work involving all actors of the organization.
