Employee Experience & Engagement with IISS Model and Predictive Analytics
Business in the 21st century is being redefined by a data-driven revolution. But, to date, employee engagement has not been based on a data-driven model. When HR talks about data, typically that is qualitative information, generated by a root cause analysis. This makes it difficult to justify investment in employee engagement programs with the rigor that a data-driven CEO or CFO expects. Making employees happy, doesn't mean they will work hard for the organization. The IISS model incorporates predictive analytics into employee engagement, and covers how to use the IISS Models’ ABSD drivers of employee engagement to build great employee experience & engagement, even in tough environments with heavy workloads. It also covers how to gather employee sentiment (with IISS Model’s Engagement Surveys Questions, Pulse Surveys, Focus Groups & Glassdoor Reviews), and how to analyse engagement results (with Engagement Dashboards, Bar Charts, Radar Charts, Word Clouds, Sentiment Analysis, Correlation & Regression).

About the IISS Model
Introduction: Understand the difference between Organisational Climate, Organisational Culture, Employee Engagement, Employee Experience & Employee Satisfaction.
IISS Model Step 1: Inspire with Stories & Predictive Analytics - Learn how to use predictive analytics, stories & pictures to justify investment in employee engagement with the rigor that a data-driven CEO & CFO expects. You will also learn how to use Excel to predict impact of employee engagement on business.
IISS Model Step 2: Inspire with Engagement Drivers & Programs – While company game rooms and parties are fun - making employees happy, is different from making them engaged. Someone might be happy at work, but that doesn't necessarily mean they are working hard and productively for the organization. The IISS Models’ ABSD drivers of employee engagement (Alignment of needs, Basic needs, Social needs, Development needs) helps to build great employee experience & engagement, even in tough environments with heavy workloads.
IISS Model Step 3: Sentiment Gathering - Gather Employee Sentiment with IISS Model’s Engagement Surveys Questions, Pulse Surveys, Focus Groups & Glassdoor Reviews.
IISS Model Step 4: Sentiment Analysis & Sharing – Analyse Engagement results with Engagement Dashboards, Bar Charts, Radar Charts, Word Clouds, Sentiment Analysis, Correlation & Regression. Text Analytics is a hot topic because a lot of organizational data is often untapped unstructured data in the form of text & numbers. This
course teaches you how to use Excel & Word for mining and visualizing text data to discover interesting patterns, and measure employee sentiment.
